    Laiton is a Myotherapist by day and a coach in the evenings. He has over 11 years experience in the health and fitness industry with a passion for tapping into the true potential strength and resilience of each and every member.

    His passion lies in weightlifting, where his team thrives under his support and guidance.

    The gyms programming showcases Lations knowledge of the body's performance and capabilities with a primary emphasis on keeping his athletes injury free.

    Laiton values a healthy work/life balance and enjoys spending his down time playing with his son Makenzie, spending time outdoors and riding his mountain bike with Lily.

    Whether it’s weight loss, muscle gain or performance goals, Lily can tailor a meal plan and program just for you.

    Lily has completed a Bachelor of Health Science in Human Nutrition. She has a passion for health, fitness and helping others achieve their goals.

    Anyone who knows Lily will know she has a straightforward, no bullshit approach to life, training and nutrition. You can expect her to apply that same way of thinking to her coaching!
